A partnership of two Realtors® committed to exceptional real estate service, The DK Group was formed in 2021 when real estate veteran David Koellein was joined by his long-time friend and fellow Nashville-area native Kayla Bates.

We pride ourselves on good communication, smart strategy, and being enjoyable to work with. We keep busy, but not too busy, always careful to provide superior service to our clients. As a strong duo, our service to you is streamlined and steady. 

We close 30-40 transactions each year, price points ranging from $400,000 to $2.5 million, and we focus our work in Davidson and Williamson counties.
